In Borgby in Sibbo religious enthusiasts had gathered in a cottage to preach. Partway through the meeting a fiery-red rooster came in and settled on the mantel. One of those present saw through it as no ordinary bird, bored a hole in the window lead and ordered the rooster out that way, which it did. The devil was said to have appeared in rooster form because something was amiss with the gathering.
