Dobbin's Inn Hotel in Carrickfergus (BT38 7AF). Around the year 1200 Reginald D'Aubin built a tower here. In the fifteenth century Elizabeth, wife of the owner Hugh Dobbins, fell in love with a soldier known as Buttoncap. When her husband discovered the affair he killed them both with his sword.
