At Lycke it was told of a man who wished to sell himself to the Fiend. He bound hymnbooks under his feet, walked three times backwards around the church, recited the Lord's Prayer backwards and whistled into the keyhole each time round. In the morning he found money under a stone, and after that night he never lacked money again.
