The devil tore away the sledge runner on the steep slope – and was forced to serve as the runner all the way down.
The priest Jæger was fetched to Jori in Skafså to drive the devil out of the possessed Torgjus Jori. Coming down the Skafså slope, the devil appeared and tore away the sledge's runner.
