Set apart from the rest of the youth detention facility at Manchester, New Hampshire there is an older brick building, alone in a small field with woods around it.

Every possible way in is boarded up tight. What visitors notice is that the holes anybody could even peer through have also been sealed, each in its own way.

That is the entry. Boarding a derelict building is normal. Systematically closing every gap somebody might look through is a different decision, made by somebody, for a reason.
