The fox at Kusbacken was strangely tame, yet always slipped away, until someone said it was no ordinary fox.

When the Joensuu brothers from Elimä once travelled to Lovisa, at Kusbacken they spotted a fox that was wondrously tame. However close they came, it still slipped from their hands. At last one of them exclaimed that it was no real fox, and at that instant it vanished into the woods, the devil taking flight once he sensed he had been seen through.
