From Pargas in Finland Proper comes the tale of old Stormälo, who while going to collect money met a woman by the road. She wanted power over him and offered him all the money he could want, but he kept close to the ditch and refused her. When she realised her powerlessness she turned into the Devil with horns, but at a crossroads he was free of her.
