In Strömfors they told of Oll-Eiro from Hommansby, a cheat who traded with double measures and in whom the dark one was said to dwell. A priest was fetched from Lappträsk, and when the fiend mocked the priest's own youthful sins, the priest confessed them openly. Then he pricked a hole in the window's lead with an awl, and through it the dark one was forced out.
