Edinburgh is often called the most haunted city in the world, a title resting on hundreds of years of documented violence: witch burnings, plague towns underground, body snatchers and a graveyard where people are still physically attacked by something no one can explain. This walk takes you from Edinburgh Castle down through the Royal Mile, into Greyfriars and out to the Grassmarket.
